I believe that everyone is entitled to good, affordable healthcare. I have a hard time believing that people actually buy the mantra that it will raise taxes. It might—they might pay $10.00 a month more in taxes, but those same people afraid of that are paying $30.00 or more per week for some half-assed insurance their employers provide if they provide any at all.

I am pro-life. My pro-life has nothing to do with abortion. I believe that once a baby is born it is our responsibility to see that they are kept safe and fed and have good health insurance and a good education. I am also pro-choice.
I believe that all people are created equal, no matter their skin color, ethnicity, sex, or sexual orientation. a mantra that this country was founded on and has yet to achieve.
I do not believe that assault weapons belong in the hands of ordinary citizens. If they want their guns they should go through training and become a real, well-regulated militia, just like the constitution says.
I do not force my atheism on the religious and they shouldn’t try to force their religion on me. The constitution guarantees freedom of religion and that should include freedom from religion.
